With a variety of P&L responsibility: 1. Led a division of a Fortune 200 company that grew revenue from $7million – $130+million in 36 months; 2. President of a Fortune 500 division that grew revenue and profitability from $250milion – $390million in 18 months; 3. CEO of a global retailer, manufacturer, and licensor grew sales from $75million – $125million in 24 months, lead a global brand revitalization, and reduced cost of goods sold by 40% in 6 months.
In addition, Mr. Silberberg has a business consulting background with A. T. Kearney and is trained in McKinsey methodologies. A technology background with EDS and a managing director at the Oracle Corporation. A serial entrepreneur Dan established the 1st global apothecary in the US in 1982 and the 1st to market all natural no artificial sweetened water into Wal-Mart and major grocery in 2004.
Mr. Silberberg has a strong understanding of strategy, branding, product positioning, finance &
planning, and marketing driving an enterprise to the next level. In addition to working with Fortune 500 companies, Dan has a strong track record in turning around troubled businesses, launched multiple start-ups and has been on his growth and development journey for 40 years.
Currently, Mr. Silberberg is launching his new venture – The Leader Council and The Leader
Operating System Program to train the next generation of Leaders. The program is targeted to
CEO’s and C-Suite executives who want to grow beyond their default paradigms, behaviors, and
